We deliver Ugreen products throughout Kenya via trusted courier partners.

| Remote areas | 5–7 business days | KES 1,000–2,000 |
Note: Shipping fees are paid directly to the delivery agent upon arrival. We will confirm the exact fee when processing your order.
Delivery Process
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order via WhatsApp, we'll confirm and provide an estimated delivery window.
Processing
We prepare your order for shipment within 24 hours for in-stock items.
Dispatch
Your order is dispatched via our courier network. You'll receive tracking details on WhatsApp.
Delivery
The courier contacts you to arrange delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Payment on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Nairobi. For other areas, payment is required in advance via:
- M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa)
- Bank transfer
- Credit/Debit card
Delivery Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:
- Complete and accurate delivery address
- Valid phone number for delivery coordination
- Someone available to receive the package during delivery hours
- Valid ID for verification (if required)
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept — additional charges may apply for re-delivery. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
