Delivery Areas

We deliver Ugreen products throughout Kenya. Our delivery service covers:

  • Nairobi: Same-day or next-day delivery (within city limits)
  • Major Cities: 2-3 business days (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret)
  • Other Areas: 3-5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days (subject to courier availability)

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges apply and vary by location. Charges are calculated based on:

  • Nairobi: KES 500 - KES 800
  • Major Cities: KES 600 - KES 1,000
  • Other Areas: KES 800 - KES 1,500
  • Remote Areas: KES 1,000 - KES 2,000

Note: Delivery charges are paid directly to the delivery agent upon delivery. We will confirm the exact delivery charge when processing your order.

Delivery Process

    Order Confirmation: Once you place an order via WhatsApp, we'll confirm your order and provide an estimated delivery time.

    Processing: We'll process your order and prepare it for shipment within 24 hours (for in-stock items).

    Dispatch: Your order will be dispatched via our trusted courier partners.
  4. 4
    Delivery: The courier will contact you to arrange delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Payment on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Nairobi. For other areas, payment must be made in advance via:

  • M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit/Debit Card

Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • Complete and accurate delivery address
  • Valid phone number for delivery coordination
  • Someone available to receive the package during delivery hours
  • Valid identification for verification (if required)

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll provide you with tracking information via WhatsApp. You can also contact us at any time to check the status of your order.
